He has held technical positions in the food industry as well as relevant government bodies.<\/p>\n<p>vision<\/p>\n<p>Planning regarding the recruitment of academic staff and helping to design, set up and equip the laboratory complex of the pilot plant of the group and the research laboratories will lead to more attractiveness of this educational group for the entry of talented domestic and foreign students, and in this way we hope that in the next 5 years In all indicators, we have achieved the highest possible level in the country and finally contributed to the health and healthy nutrition of the dear people of our country.<\/p>\n<p>Prophecy<\/p>\n<p>Education of capable and opinionated students in food matters, with the attitude of controlling the quality and safety of food and protecting the health of the product and the consumer in order to improve the quality of life and the health of the society.<\/p>\n<p>Targets<\/p>\n<p>A- Educational<\/p>\n<p>In this educational group, providing updated topics on advanced laboratory facilities, educational activities, visiting food factories, inviting the best scientific researchers from different parts of the world, industrial managers, as well as carrying out activities beyond the educational topics, providing seminars and special training rounds. According to the needs of students, the use of food industry research pilot facilities increases the scientific and managerial ability and activity of students, and in this way, the ground is provided for the successful presence of graduates in the field of work in the industry and related government organizations.<br \/>\nEmploying experienced professors from various fields of science and food industry, as well as the arrival of top students, along with favorable pilot laboratory facilities, has led to the improvement of the scientific, educational and research level of the group, and finally obtaining top ranks and numerous awards at the university level and also in the country by professors and students of this group.<\/p>\n<p>B- Research<\/p>\n<p>The research path of the group in line with the goals of the Faculty of Nutrition Sciences and Food Industries are:<br \/>\n1- Production of healthy foods<br \/>\n2- Food production for special patients<br \/>\n3- Development of new methods in food quality analysis and control<br \/>\n4-Using new technologies in food quality control<br \/>\n5- Improving food health and hygiene<br \/>\n6- Optimizing food production and storage processes in order to reduce waste and variety of products<br \/>\nCurrently, research in various scientific fields including dairy industries, grains, food safety, microbiology, chemistry and food biochemistry is being carried out in the form of research projects with different centers by professors and graduate students. The Department of Food Science and Industry currently cooperates with various industrial and government centers such as the Food and Drug Organization, the National Standard Organization and many private sector factories in executive and research matters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_61b0882f height_medium\"><div
