– Investigating and identifying suitable raw materials for various food activities
– Evaluation of raw, cooked and processed materials common in the country and imported from different countries
– Investigation of microbial and chemical contamination of food
– Examining the appropriate methods of food enrichment according to the nutritional deficiencies of different regions of the country
– Examining ways to reduce and prevent food waste
– Investigating the possibilities of access to new food sources
– Conducting research and development for food industry units
– Investigating the use of biological resources in the food industry
