Introduction

This regulation is based on the mission of the Institute of Nutritional Research and Food Industries in improving the quality and quantity of research and education in nutrition science and food industry and related fields and in order to determine a policy for the publication of valuable scientific and technical works and encouraging researchers. Authors and translators, as well as specifying the terms of acceptance and publication, how to conclude a contract, determine the rights of the institute and the owner of the work, pricing, sale of donations and the like have been regulated.

Targets

Publishing academic books, authoring, translating, compiling and reporting in order to facilitate teaching and research for professors and students.
– Helping to increase the knowledge of researchers, students, thinkers and other members of the society by publishing valuable works of scholars and thinkers in Persian and non-Persian languages.
– Publication of books and publications for public education and the use of the mass of society in the applied fields of nutrition science and food industry
– Publication of new reference books and guides
– Publication of summaries of articles or collection of articles of meetings, congresses and seminars held in cooperation with the institute
